All I can say during this time is that the SHOW MUST AND WILL GO ON! We had a lot of exciting plans this year and like many others, we had to put things on pause or cancel them entirely. I am sure the entire community and beyond is feeling the loss, but we are here to tell you that we will get through it and be stronger than ever. It is now important more than ever to stand together as a community. We really want to help and inspire others to keep moving along the best they can at home. Some things we are doing to cope in a positive and creative way is offering FREE online art classes on YouTube every Wednesday at 4:00 PM PST. I am also trying to raise funds to make art kits to give out to families in need. I know that we all need a positive break from our routine, and I can't express enough what a rewarding experience the art classes have been not only for myself but for those who have been joining us. Doing these online art classes have given us an amazing opportunity to interact with one another and explore our creativity. It gives me something to look forward to every week, and it warms my heart hearing the feedback that it's done the same for those who have participated. This is something we will continue to do!
As of now we are putting all other projects on hold until further notice. There are some things in the works that will offer a live experience to your home, so stay tuned for updates! I look forward to sharing all the exciting opportunities we have planned.
I want to take this moment to thank all of you for your continued support during these uncertain times. Everyone has had varying levels of stress and hardships during this pandemic, and we have all had to face these challenges in our own way. I'm a firm believer that art heals. We may not be able to make art together in person during the present time, but I will continue to put art into the community and into people's homes in every possible way that I am able to. Your help is very much appreciated in whatever way you can. We will continue to get through this, and we will use this experience to expand and further appreciate our creativity.
Stay safe and stay creative!
